Hosted karaoke for your event

Bring your guests together around songs they know. Peter Styla hosts the session, introduces singers, manages requests and keeps the evening moving around your event schedule.

Four-hour private karaoke + DJ is $895 using suitable venue AV, or $1,395 with the complete karaoke and sound package. Four-hour corporate karaoke + DJ is $1,095 with venue AV, or $1,695 with the complete package. All rates are CAD before applicable HST.

Two-hour hosted karaoke with suitable venue AV remains $495 before HST.

Peter provides hosted entertainment. Karaoke machines and equipment-only rentals are not offered.

Share your audience, music preferences and any boundaries in advance. Guests can join the singing or simply enjoy the session as listeners.

Choose your equipment option

Both karaoke options include hosted singer rotation, live DJ sets and planning. Equipment responsibilities depend on the option selected below.

Hosted performance with venue AV

Karaoke DJ Performance includes no equipment. The customer or venue must appoint an AV company to supply, install, test and remove the full setup specified for the complete karaoke package, including a Yamaha MG12XU mixer or suitable equivalent with sufficient microphone inputs, individual vocal controls and adjustable vocal effects.

Complete karaoke and sound package

The complete karaoke DJ + Sound & Lighting package includes two professional 15-inch powered speakers on stands, a dual wireless microphone system, six LED uplights, dancefloor lighting effects, a haze machine (venue permitting), one 32-inch singer-facing TV, one 52-inch audience-facing TV, three wired vocal microphones and required cabling, with setup and teardown. Vocal mixing and mirrored lyrics on both screens are included. Customer supplies a sturdy table (approximately 2 m × 1 m) and tablecloth; the venue provides suitable power.

Equipment packages are planned configurations. Availability, venue suitability and the exact supplied equipment are confirmed in writing before your booking is accepted.

Plan karaoke around your event

Hosted karaoke includes live DJ sets between singing segments. Tell Peter how you want singing and dancing balanced within your booked two- or four-hour service window. Extra hours or a different event production scope are confirmed in your written quote.
